• Pool School is a 1-2 hour customized experience.
• Most new pool owners are overwhelmed by the advice and “training” they got from their pool builder or the previous owners of their home. What do you do to maintain it? What do I do if something happens? What did they say to do when…?
• Our top technician visits your pool and covers all the basics of pool ownership and operation. You will also have time to ask specific questions and address your personalized needs for your pool.
• We take the anxiety out of owning your pool. We not only teach you about the equipment, but we also talk to you about electrical items, pool chemistry, and structural items you should pay attention to. After all, the pool is there to enjoy, not to cause you grief!
• We will help you decide what maintenance works best for you, and help you understand what you need to do to keep your pool sparkling and clear all year round.

• Our Pool Start-Up service is a 5-day process.
• Pool start-up is a very critical process that is required for all newly plastered or re-plasterecd pools and spas.
• During each day of the 5-day process, we test pool water, balance all chemicals (as needed) and brush pool.

• A clean filter greatly aids in maintaining a clean and healthy pool. An average cartridge filter can hold between 20-45 pounds of dirt. 
• It is recommended back washing / cleaning your filter twice per year or every rise of 5-10 psi. A dirty filter can cause additional load on your filter pump, causing excessive energy usage and compromised filtration / circulation.
• Disassemble filter.
• Clean and lubricate o-rings, seal seats.

• $7-$10 per linear foot (with a minimum of $450 per estimate).
• Lower the water level about 1 foot below the tile line.
• We use a combination of high pressure air and high pressure water with kieserite salt injected as the cutting agent.
• We apply a tile sealer to the freshly cleaned tile to help protect from future calcium and scum deposits.
• We vacuum residual material from the bottom of the pool.
